Tasmania – Hobart

Tasmania is Australia's only ‘island’ state located about 240 kilometers south of the eastern side of Australia and has an estimated population of around 500,000 people. Hobart is the largest city in Tasmania with a population of around 180,000. Some other important centers include Launceston in the north to Devonport and Burnie in the northwest.
