Rockford, Michigan is set on the Rogue River and was settled in 1843 as a mill town. It is now corporate headquarters to Wolverine World Wide, which includes such companies as Coleman, Hush Puppies and Wolverine Wilderness. Rockford is located ten miles northeast of Grand Rapids and known for its scenic riverfront, energetic downtown, prosperous businesses, award-winning school system, and charming, connected neighborhoods.
