The City of Ocoee, Florida

Not so long ago, Ocoee was considered remote, but today Orlando’s boundaries are moving out to meet Ocoee’s expanding borders due to new highway construction and Ocoee’s rapid growth. Citrus distribution is still the primary industry, but new businesses continue to appear as residential development provides housing for an increasing workforce.

New communities compliment wonderful older neighborhoods and historic structures, such as the Withers-Maguire House, built in 1888, and the Ocoee Christian Church, which dates to 1891. Housing choices also include condominiums to acreage and horse ranches.
