Halfway between Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN is the small and growing town of Blue Ridge, Georgia. The Toccoa River leads into The Ocoee in Tennessee and was home to the Olympic Whitewater Rafting Competition! . The county boasts over 100,000 acres managed by the United States Forest Service and is the starting point for the Appalachian Trail at Springer Mountain and the 3,290 acre Blue Ridge Lake. Take the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway as it winds alongside the Toccoa River to McCaysville, GA and discover the beauty there from an open train car or visit the Swan Drive –In one of the last working, current run Drive-Ins in the state!

Those who originally purchased second homes in this community quickly converted into fulltime residents because of the beauty of the area, convenience of the interstates to Atlanta and the affordability of our properties.
