Trotwood, Ohio is located in Montgomery County and is a community that is made up of many smaller neighborhoods, all of which are proud of their history and their culture. All types of housing is available here. Several of the pre-built houses are relatively recent, built in the 1970’s and 1980’s but the large tracts of land make building a new home easy. Trotwood takes great pride in its history and has made the heart of the city “Olde Town,” a neighborhood devoted to reminding people of its heritage. There is plenty to do in Trotwood for everyone’s interests - nine parks full of fields, tennis courts and lakes; biking and hiking trails; campgrounds and in the winter the snow is regular here so people who love sledding and skiing find Trotwood a welcoming destination.
