About Aliso Viejo, CA

Located within the San Joaquin Hills of south Orange County, Aliso Viejo, CA is not only home to many well known companies, it is home to over 40,000 people as well. The residents enjoy a very close proximity to the beach, including afternoon breezes from the Pacific. One of Orange County’s youngest cities, becoming a city in 2001, there are plenty of parks, hiking trails, and shopping. Aliso Viejo is known for the Town Center with plenty of shopping, a giant movie theater and a variety of casual dining. It boarders Aliso and Wood Canyons Regional Park, a major regional park and wildlife sanctuary, with hiking and biking trails for the beginner and experienced.

The housing is built along the slopes of the San Joaquin Hills with picturesque views of the rolling hills of California. Housing is priced between $150,000 up to a little over $1 million. With a very low crime rate, close proximity to great shopping, the Pacific Ocean beaches, great schools and community parks, it is no wonder that so many people want to call it “home.”
