Welcome to Anna Maria, FL

The northernmost in the chain of barrier islands off the southwest coast of Florida, Anna Maria Island, FL. is home to three separate villages – Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. A wonderful island feel permeates the area, which is a mixture of “Old Florida” and new development, where families, professionals and retirees alike enjoy the sunshine in this tropical oasis. All three areas can be accessed by car, foot, or the trolley that runs the 7-mile length of the island.

Anna Maria, Florida is home to casual and elegant restaurants, wonderful boutiques and a popular fishing pier offering breathtaking views of the Sunshine Skyway bridge and Tampa Bay. Recently, Anna Maria was named a favorite vacation destination in America by TripAdvisor.com.

Homes in Anna Maria range from quaint beach cottages to multimillion-dollar estates lining the shore, while new construction is predominantly single-family residences. A number of residences serve as vacation homes and weekend retreats for people in the surrounding mainland areas. Holmes Beach, while still dominated by the 1960s-era beach cottages, also offers a neighborhood of executive canal and bayfront homes. Newly-built resorts along Gulf drive provide additional living areas in the beachfront condo market.

Bradenton Beach, once filled with inexpensive beach bungalows, has grown into a locale where upscale resort-style condominiums have made an appearance. A blend of Old Florida charm and modern luxury, visitors are becoming new residents of this paradise everyday.
