Located a mere 30 miles from Green Bay and 100 miles from Milwaukee, this growing city offers great city living with affordable housing, great schools and a safe place to raise a family. Downtown Appleton offers a thriving entertainment district centrally located in the heart of the city, home of coffee houses, shops and restaurants. The night life consists of live music attractions and fine arts. The newest addition to downtown Appleton is the PAC, otherwise known as the Performing Arts Center.
