Welcome to Ashburn, Virginia

Located 30 miles west of Washington, D.C. and almost minutes from the Dulles International Airport, Ashburn is an expanding city with plenty to offer. Three planned developments in the past 20 years have given rise to the growth of the city. Soccer fields, walking trails, tennis courts and local pools are all provided in the local communities of Ashburn. The Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion is one of the biggest community facilities in Virginia, and is popular among residents of all ages.

Ashburn is also home to the NFL’s Washington Redskins, which is named by Forbes Magazine as the most valuable sports team in the United States. This great sports team leads to family fun and great economic prosperity in the Arlington community. George Washington University’s Ashburn campus offers terrific undergraduate and graduate education. A dozen wineries in Loudon County, looked adjacent to Ashburn, offers more mature fun close by. Brambleton Regional Park offers an 18-hole championship golf course.

With an easy and convenient location on Route 7 and Dulles Toll Road, Ashburn is real estate friendly and very popular for people looking for homes. With 5,072 residential units, Ashburn serves as one of the largest planned communities in Northern Virginia. The community offers everything from single family homes to condominiums with a large number of price ranges to fit any budget.
