Welcome to Baltimore City, MD

Nicknamed “Charm City,” Baltimore is home to roughly 630,000 residents. Some of the more popular neighborhoods that make up Baltimore real estate include Patterson Park, Butchers Hill, and Charles Village. The city is also home to the University of Maryland Medical Center and Johns Hopkins Medical Center, both of which add to Baltimore’s reputation as the nation’s fittest city.

Baltimore real estate owners and visitors alike are drawn to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options of the Inner Harbor, a vibrant waterfront district within walking distance of the Baltimore Aquarium and the city’s Little Italy neighborhood.

Baltimore is served by the Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport; the city also has its own beltway, I-695. This makes Baltimore real estate an attractive option for business commuters.
