About Bellbrook, OH

Bellbrook, Ohio has a lot of exciting things for people interested in many diverse features. It's a relatively large city with nearly 8,000 residents and at 30 square miles and located only 20 miles from Dayton. Despite the heavy population and prime location, it doesn't have a local income tax. It preserves its rustic charm by maintaining the original country homes for residents while also undergoing the building of many new homes- everything from single family residences of all sizes to even luxury apartments available, a rarity in these parts. The available larger lots make building a possibility. For recreation, the one word in Bellbrook is horses. Polo grounds, horseback riding and training facilities are all key areas in Bellbrook. But for those non equestrians, they have parks and even a museum about the history of the town.
