Brooklyn is a town located in Green County, Wisconsin. Its nearest city is Madison, which is about 15 miles away. Its population is about 1,000. Green County prides itself on offering homegrown hospitality and a friendly environment. The Green County courthouse, built in 1891, is one of the area’s most fascinating historic sites. Its Romanesque style of architecture has become one of the most notable structures in southern Wisconsin. Aside from this wonderful building, Green County is known for its ethnic and heritage festivals, its beautiful countryside and the small town flavor of its communities.
