Chino Hills, California

Incorporated as a city in 1991, Chino Hills is an upscale, new community. Although it has an older section (homes built in the 1960s), almost 80 percent of the housing has been built in the last 25 years. The newer tracts of homes are mostly, master-planned communities, ensuring quick access to freeways, schools and parks, and an overall clean look and feel. Many of the schools serving the children of Chino Hills, score in the 80th and 90th percentiles. The city is also only a half hour drive from both the Ontario Airport and the City of Industry. Chino Hills, located in San Bernardino County, includes about 30 parks, walking and riding trails, an equestrian center, city sponsored events, and two roller hockey rinks.
