About East Palo Alto, California

East Palo Alto, California began its life in 1983 when it was incorporated into San Mateo County. While this city has lost some of its original area, it's still a pretty significant part of the Californian landscape. It's also one of the most ethnically diverse areas in all of California with African Americans, Hispanics, Caucasians and those of Asian descent all congregating here. Despite its small size, it does have business and commercial interests, and because of the fertile land and willing farmers, agriculture still plays a big part in the economy of this town.
