About Emeryville, California

Emeryville, California has a small population but its closeness to Silicon Valley, Berkeley and San Francisco, makes it a wonderful place to live. Situated on the waterfront at the base of the San Francisco Bay Bridge, Emeryville has a small population but large business presence. Emeryville's Bay Street area has been expanded to include additional stories on many buildings that are now town homes for sale and apartments for rent. Several of the older warehouses have been updated to lofts for use by artists, businesses and as homes for those looking to buy here.
