La Crescenta-Montrose, California is an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County. Its neighbors are the Angeles National Forest to the north, La Cañada Flintridge to the east, and Glendale to the south and west. The area is comprised of approximately 3.4 square miles, with the Foothill Freeway, the 210, running through its Southern portion. La Crescenta, although quite close to the downtown Los Angeles area, a mere 15-20 minutes, is considered to be a bedroom community. It is presently offering a median home price of $600,000.
