Sandwiched between Fullerton and Yorba Linda, Placentia is an upscale, middle-class, family town. Placentia features two golf courses (one a large private country club), 13 parks and playgrounds, fishing at one park, two community centers, a recreation facility, a senior center, and two public pools. The homes in Placentia, California vary between older homes from the 20s and 30s, to recently built and modern communities. Single family homes are the dominant style of residences in Placentia.
