About Sunol, California

Like many cities in the surrounding area, Sunol, California is a rural community between San Francisco Bay and Livermore Valley. Sunol is about the same size of San Francisco but has less than 1500 people living there. It's an upscale community and has plenty of room to spare for the person looking to build the perfect home. However, residents here care a lot about their environment and are doing what they can to preserve the natural beauty of the town. Sunol had its share of tragedy with fires destroying most of the historic structures that lined the town. It has a close knit community with a flourishing theater group. Sunol California's most unique attraction is the Sunol Water Temple, a Roman inspired structure piping water to San Francisco.
