Welcome to Beaver Creek, Colorado

Beaver Creek Resort opened in 1980, a small ski area just west of Vail with only 6 chairlifts. Defined at the time by its close proximity to Vail, Beaver Creek earned its own personality in 1989 when the World Ski Championships were held at the resort. Today, Beaver Creek has a reputation of prestige and exceptional quality, featuring a family friendly village and all levels of mountain terrain, fine dining, ski-in/ski-out properties and a championship golf course. Summer in Beaver Creek offers hiking, biking, horseback trail rides and world class golf. The winter mountain offers over 700 groomed acres a day, along with steep bumps, glades and terrain parks to accommodate skiers and riders of all interests and ability levels. Beaver Creek hosts the Birds of Prey™ World Cup Downhill Ski race, snowshoe races and terrain park competitions each winter. Year round, the Vilar Center for the Performing Arts presents concerts, entertainment and community events.

Beaver Creek real estate offers buyers a wide range of opportunities, from ski-in/ski-out properties in the village with the most convenience and the finest of amenities, to extraordinarily private single family homes in forested settings with huge views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Three on-mountain villages make up Beaver Creek; Beaver Creek Village, the largest of the three villages, featuring several high end restaurants and shops; Bachelor Gulch Village, home to the Ritz-Carlton hotel; and Arrowhead Village, a mostly residential area on the western-most side of Beaver Creek Mountain. Each area and the real estate in it is distinctly unique, and all are easily accessible year-round by the complimentary village-to-village transportation system. Whether a visitor is just passing through or a Vail Valley regular seeking ownership of a personal residence, Beaver Creek has something to offer for everyone.
