A few places you shouldn’t miss during your visit to Boulder: The Boulder Farmer’s Market (Central Park, 13th and Canyon) runs April through October every Saturday morning and Wednesday afternoon and offers a wide variety of local produce, fruits, flowers, meats, gourmet cheeses, and more. There are even booths set up by local chefs and restaurants offering hot and fresh meals to eat while perusing the market. The architecturally stunning Victorian styled Hotel Boulderado (2115 13th St) is a must see in Boulder. It is a national register historic landmark and offers three exquisite restaurants and lounges; Corner Bar & Café, Q’s Restaurant, and The Catacombs. For great local shopping, don’t miss The Art Mart (1222 Pearl St) which features over 300 local, national, and international artists’ displays of retail arts and crafts. Jax Fish House (928 Pearl St) is home of the 2008 winner of TV’s America’s Top Chef, Hosea Rosenberg and the best seafood in town. The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant (1101 Walnut St) is the place to go after a long day of sightseeing and experiencing all Downtown Boulder has to offer for one of their award winning margaritas. Boulder Theater (2032 14th St) produces events that span most areas of entertainment.
