Cold Spring, KY - A Quiet Community with Beautiful HomesEight miles south of Cincinnati on U.S. 27, Cold Spring, KY was named for a natural, freshwater spring that still runs underground and discovered in the 1780s. Incorporated in 1941, Cold Spring, Kentucky is a quiet community of attractive homes and pretty parks. Recent growth in subdivisions has produced an array of new residential options, including new development for some 500 condos and patio homes. For recreation, residents go to Municipal Park and Friendship Park, which offer ball fields, soccer field, horseshoe and basketball courts, walking & jogging trails.
