Living in Cypress, CA

Cypress was originally dubbed “Waterville” because of the abundance of artesian wells and was mostly dairy farms. It is now a suburban area just east of Long Beach and north of Huntington Beach. Cypress boasts a very stable tax base due to an abundance of corporate headquarters and light manufacturing.
