Welcome to Bethany Beach, DE

For many, Bethany Beach is the first and only choice when it comes to real estate along Delaware’s Eastern Shore. As a result, it is one of Sussex County’s fastest-growing areas. Yet it still maintains its small-town charm and rural atmosphere, as its roughly 1000 residents can attest. This is due in large part to its northern neighbor, the Delaware Seashore State Park, which provides a six-mile long buffer from the hustle and bustle of more developed beaches like Dewey.

Because of the town’s proximity to such employment centers as Washington D.C. and Annapolis, many of Bethany’s real estate owners are commuters. This allows them to provide for their families while still enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, natural beauty, and spectacular views of this quiet resort community.
