Devon, PA encompasses 2.5 square miles and spans Tredyffrin and Easttown Townships on Philadelphia’s historic and scenic Main Line. In the heart of Devon are the Devon Country Fair Grounds which provide the setting for the renowned Devon Horse Show, an eight day event filled with superb equestrian talent, numerous boutique shops and a midway with games and rides for children of all ages. The grounds are also home to The American Cup, a summer circus, a rodeo and authentic Scottish games.


Devon, PA provides a wide variety of housing options. It boasts newly constructed mansions interlaced with traditional Colonials and Victorians surrounded by covered porches. Towering trees, mature shrubs and bountiful gardens enhance Devon’s charming neighborhoods. Dining and entertainment options are many in Devon and in nearby Wayne with its inviting restaurants, shops and movie theater. Hop the local train for a quick ride into center city Philadelphia to enjoy its cultural attractions and night life.
