Welcome to Dewey Beach, DE

Despite its larger-than-life reputation, Dewey Beach is one of the smallest communities along Delaware’s Eastern Shore at only one mile long and three blocks wide. But its prime location between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay means that its waterfront real estate is in great demand – and short supply. As a result, it is home to only 300 year-round residents. But come the summer months, Dewey’s many bars, music clubs, and vibrant nightlife attract more than 30,000 visitors.

But this tiny resort town is not just about partying. Dewey Beach real estate owners enjoy incomparable waterfront views, sandy beaches, and such outdoor activities as kayaking and dolphin watching. And everyone from families to retirees can appreciate the town’s pedestrian-friendly nature, dog-friendly beaches, wide variety of housing options, and tight-knit community.
