Dublin, Ohio Attractions

A premier Columbus suburb, Dublin, Ohio easily mixes its traditional heritage with up-scale contemporary living making it the ideal place for families or singles looking for a great life. The 30-something pace here is busy as families take advantage of school and city sports and recreation programs and career-minded locals pursue their goals at the many well-known national and international corporate headquarters located here.

The grass really is greener in Dublin, home to the famed Jack Nicklaus Memorial Tournament held in Muirfield. Always a crowd pleaser, the tournament course also hosted the Ryder Cup in 1987 bringing golf greats from around the globe to compete in one of the sport's most prestigious events. Not to be left out, the Wendy's LPGA tournament makes an annual stop at Dublin's Tartan Fields Golf Club.

As you might expect with a name like Dublin, one of this city's signature events is the Dublin Irish Festival held each August. Drawing internationally renowned entertainment from the Emerald Isle and across the US, this event also features traditional Irish music and dancing, storytelling, and art and textiles. You're sure to find a bargain with a little luck ‘o the Irish.

Dublin is just a blarney stone's throw from other notable attractions like the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium with its Winter Wildlight Wonderland and summer Rhythm and Zoo concerts, Wyandot Lake Adventure Park, Olentangy Indian Caverns, and a host of historic sites some of which include shopping, fine dining, and the occasional Irish pub.

With a collective focus on community, commerce, exceptional schools, and people, residents here enjoy a strong local economy, outstanding business and social opportunities, and a beautiful environment in which to live, work, and relax.
