Welcome to Bradenton Beach, FL

The town of Bradenton Beach, Florida is incomparable to any other in the U.S. Because of its exclusive location on the southern end of Anna Maria Island in the Gulf of Mexico, the residents of Bradenton Beach have enjoyed a casual atmosphere and “old Florida” charm for decades. No towering office structures, massive shopping malls or chain stores serve as obstructions to the view of the crystalline waters of the Gulf. In fact, the main feature that draws residents and tourists alike to Bradenton Beach is the miles of uninterrupted sugary sand beaches mixed with the serene docking areas along the mangrove lined bay.

A popular spot among the residents of Bradenton Beach is the Historic Bradenton Beach City Pier and Café, located on the north end of Sarasota Bay. In September of 2007, the city completed a 2.2 million dollar renovation on the pier, repairing some structural damage and adding new features such as a newly rebuilt restaurant, bathhouse with restrooms, bait and tackle shop, the Harbormaster’s office, and a 300 ft. dock. The pier not only attracts hundreds of tourists every year, it also is considered among the locals to be a great place to dine.

With all of its natural beauty and vintage Florida charm, it is no wonder that Bradenton Beach real estate is listed as one of its many attractions. The real estate market in Bradenton Beach offers a variety of settings for your new island lifestyle, including classic homes, modern homes, bungalows and beach villas. There are many small cottages and beach homes in the true “old Florida” style, but there are also gorgeous waterfront properties that offer unlimited access to the beach. Single family homes and condominiums in Bradenton Beach typically start out between $150,000 and $200,000, but can rise to nearly $2 million for the most luxurious and accommodating residences the town has to offer. No matter which type of real estate you choose, when you buy a home in Bradenton Beach, you are not only agreeing to a more relaxing and casual lifestyle, but you are also agreeing to a great investment.
