Cooper City, Florida is known as one of America's "Tree Cities" and is a great place to live for people who genuinely love nature. Many parks totaling 123 acres bring people here every year and wildlife is spread throughout the made parks. Cooper City has one of the best school districts in the state and has a low crime rate. Housing options here are varied from the very elegant waterfront home, to smaller gated community homes, to some very practical family homes. Many of the homes have beautiful yards with stunning tropical settings and can be found in all price ranges.
