Welcome to Delray Beach, FL

Delray Beach, with a population of approximately 64,000, is located on the Atlantic shore in southern Palm Beach County. Delray Beach received the distinction in 2004 of being named a “Blue Wave Beach” by the Clean Beaches Council for its cleanliness and quality of management. Downtown Delray, which has undergone extensive renovations in recent years, serves as the city’s retail and cultural hub. The area centers around Atlantic Avenue and offers a multitude of restaurants, shops, and art galleries. The Downtown Delray Gallery District, along with numerous art festivals and events throughout the year, has earned Delray its reputation as an Art Destination City. Other landmarks of the city include the Delray Beach Tennis Center, the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens, and the historic Old School Square.

Delray Beach is located about 18 miles south of downtown West Palm Beach on I-95. Residential housing opportunities include gated golf communities, luxury estates, beachfront condos, and single-family homes.
