Orange Park is located to the south of Jacksonville on the west side of the St. Johns Rivers. Fleming Island, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Keystone Heights, and Penney Farms all make up the area south of Jacksonville. An expanding housing market, Clay County’s living choices range from dense suburban to rural. The Orange Park Mall is one of the largest in the five-county area. Orange Park features many master planned comminutes full of amenities, which have become popular to buyers. But there are still plenty of rural areas to enjoy such as Good Head Branch State Park, Kingsley Beach & Jennings Forest. The St. Johns River & Black Creek offers beautiful conservations areas and great fishing.
