The Lovely Charlotte County, Florida

Located between Fort Myers and Sarasota, our service area, including Port Charlotte, North Port, Punta Gorda and Englewood, offers an array of housing options: from waterfront or beachfront condos and homes, to golf course communities, to single family homes in lovely neighborhoods, you’re sure to find a permanent home or seasonal getaway that will suit your needs.

Our waterfront beaches are among the prettiest in the state, and shelling and fossil shark teeth hunting will keep you occupied for hours on end. Don’t forget to look at the gulf now and then and catch the dolphin frolicking just off shore. For avid fishermen, the gulf is unsurpassed for both fishing from shore and offshore charters. Why not catch a nice fresh fish for the family dinner? And in the evenings, the sunsets will dazzle you!

Charlotte County has numerous public and private golf courses to test your skills. You can catch a glimpse of alligators in the water traps and native birds flying overhead.

Waterfront restaurants and trendy shops abound in our area. Downtown Punta Gorda has the “Main St. USA” designation with its historic downtown area, boasting eateries, galleries and shops.

Home and Condo prices are substantially lower here from the highs of 2005-2006. If building a custom home appeals to you, our lots are also at bargain prices, and we have many builders who would be happy to build your dream home.

Listed in Money magazine this month as the Number 1 destination for retirement, based on low housing prices and equally low cost of living, you don’t want to miss out on your piece of paradise!
