About Homestead, FL

Homestead, Florida is best known for the large number of sports franchises that find this the best city in Florida. The Homestead Motorsports Complex hosts many NASCAR, Formula 1, and other racing events. Many baseball teams use the Homestead spring training facility to get their athletes to their optimal working condition before the season begins.

Other than the peripheral activities one can enjoy, Homestead is home to a lot of businesses and industry giving it one of the strongest economies in the entire area. Approximately 35,000 residents make Homestead their home with a wide variety of houses to choose from. There are ranches on manicured lawns with room to move around on, or simple and elegant single family houses in gated communities, and even multi-story estates with all the luxurious bells and whistles Homestead has to offer.
