From its early beginning in 1956, Lighthouse Point has remained a bit of a hidden gem tucked just inside the Hillsboro Inlet under the continuous watch of the historic 1906 Hillsboro Light House. Lighthouse Point is only 2.36 square miles in area with 18 miles of winding waterways all flowing to the deep waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
