Home to George Mason University and the popular Old Town shopping center, Fairfax, V.A., is a great place to call home. The city is adjacent to the United States Capital, Washington, D.C. The thriving city of Fairfax celebrated its bicentennial anniversary in 2005, and still boasts George Washington’s final will, filed at the Fairfax Courthouse.
