Welcome to Fairview Heights, IL

Fairview Heights is located on Interstate 64 with direct access to St. Louis. Fairview has the largest retail mall facilities in Southern Illinois. Adjacent towns include Belleville, O’Fallon, Shiloh, and Swansea all of which offer a wide selection of home styles and prices. Scott Air Force Base is located adjacent to O’Fallon and compliments a new St. Louis commuter airport located off Interstate 64. There are two full service hospitals with a strong selection of general practitioners and specialists. Three high schools and several parochial schools compliment each other to form an impressive educational complex that offers a full array of academic classes and resources. Belleville is the county seat for St. Clair County and is the largest community in Southern Illinois. There are six championship golf courses including the Belleville Country Club, which is private along with several public courses. These offer a variety of levels of play for the new and discerning golfer. St. Clair County Fairgrounds, located in South Belleville, is the site for the County fair, several local flee markets and specialty fairs along with the annual Ainad Shrine Circus for the benefit of the Shrine’s Children’s Hospital.
