The Town of Farmington, WI

Farmington is a town in Washington County with a population of 3,239. It well known for the animal, bird and geometric shaped earthen mounds located in Lizard Mound Park. They were built by an unknown Native American tribe approximately 10,000 years ago. Farmington also holds unique geographical features such as eskers, drumlins, kettle lakes, rivers and streams that were formed by the many glaciers that shaped the area.
