Florence, Kentucky is one of the fastest growing areas in the entire state. The city has grown partly because of the addition of Florence Mall. The 2-story, mall has 125 stores and brings in consumers and businesses looking to set up shop in convenient locations. Local and nearby parks offer numerous recreational possibilities for everyone to enjoy.

Housing is Florence, Kentucky is varied. Farms are still functioning and many are for sale but to augment the understandable growth in the area, apartment complexes and condos of all sizes are being built and offered to consumers in a variety of price ranges.
