Historic Gardner, KSKnown as “where the trails divide”, Gardner, Kansas has a significant place in the history of the westward expansion of the United States. The
singularly unique and historic junction of America’s three great western frontier trails---the Santa Fe, the Oregon, and the California---is
located two miles southwest of present day Gardner.
Gardner is the fastest growing area in the Metropolitan Kansas City area. In 2008, the population was 20,000 more than the year 2000 population
of just 9,400. Drawing from a multi-county region with a combined labor force of over 1 million workers, Gardner-area businesses access one of
the nation’s premier labor pools. The high quality labor available has helped fuel economic growth that has resulted in a doubling of the local
employment base in the past 5 years.
Gardner offers a variety of housing options from townhomes and multi-family homes to single family dwellings, largest estate homes and homes on
