About Grant, Florida

Located along the Indian River in Brevard County the small communities of Grant and Valkaria are small town havens for those who appreciate natural beauty and a relaxed lifestyle. These towns give residents prime access to water sports, fishing, boating, and other outdoor recreation pursuits. Many homes in Grant and Valkaria have stunning riverside views, and single-family homes are available in a wide variety of styles and sizes, from cozy cottages to large residences. Both towns have community parks, playgrounds, and sports fields, and the Valkaria Golf Course is open to residents from both communities. The annual Grant Seafood Festival draws over 50,000 visitors each year, but smaller community celebrations occur frequently.
