The City of Green Cove Springs, Florida

High ground along the river and a flowing mineral spring drew the first inhabitants to this area some 700 years ago. Today, Green Cove Springs offers all of the amenities of country-style living in a relaxing environment. Home styles range from small starter homes to Magnolia Point Golf and Country Club’s upscale community. Just south of Green Cove Springs is the Bayard Conservation Area, with seven miles of river frontage and nearly 10,000 acres of recreational options, including wildlife viewing, hiking, bicycling and camping.
