Welcome to Grove City, FloridaLocated along Lemon Bay, just southwest of Englewood in Charlotte County, Grove City is a small town of less than 2 square miles. Originally a lemon grove in the early part of the 20th century, the establishment of Bed & Breakfasts provided for a new tourism-based economy that is still thriving today.
Close to everything, yet seemingly miles from anything, Grove City is the perfect place to live “off the beaten path” without being far from any amenity. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just down the road, along with wonderful local restaurants featuring fresh catches and exquisite ambiance.
With such a small area and population, residents of Grove City are like family to each other. Homes are single-family construction, lining Lemon Bay and the surrounding areas. Properties are limited and rarely come to market, and those that do appear on the market do not last long.
