Hayward, California is a large city on the San Francisco Bay working towards improving the economy by bringing in both businesses and residents. Though the land and the town are beautiful with rich soil, they're trying to revive the downtown area with more buildings, houses, apartments and shops to lure in prospective buyers and renters. A popular tourist destination, Hayward is close to both San Francisco and Oakland and is connected by many transportation outlets including an Amtrak stop. Potential housing is in many forms ranging from apartments to townhouses to full homes.
