About Indian Hill, OH

Uniquely, the Village of Indian Hill is actually a city. It has a rich history as a summer retreat for many wealthy settlers in the Cincinnati and some of the larger estates date back to the early 1900’s. Indian Hill has its own school district, police department known as the “Rangers”, town council and water works. The lot sizes begin at one acre and many of the estates within Indian Hill have 20+acres. In addition to large properties there is much green space known as Greenbelt which has been donated to the Village over the years creating a heightened sense of privacy. While private it is conveniently located to the small boutiques of Madeira and Mariemont as well the larger shopping opportunities in Kenwood.
