Ludlow, KY – A Quaint River Town

This quaint river town, west of Covington, was incorporated in 1864. Housing is a mix of old and new, some built in the 1800s and some contemporary ones. Condo development, off Route 8 on River’s Breeze, is ongoing; some 100 units have been completed and another 190 are planned to be built over a period of six years. Its Renaissance Committee funds projects focused on the preservation and improvement of Ludlow’s downtown. There are three schools here—one elementary, one middle and a senior high, Ludlow High School.
