The City of Kingsland, Georgia

Kingsland is a city rich in both history and natural beauty, with a vibrant business environment. Visitors by the thousands arrive each year to enjoy the pristine wilderness of Cumberland Island or Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge. Kingsland is also a great place to hunt for bargains on the city’s Antique Row in the historical downtown district, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A street rebuilding effort has returned the charming look to downtown that it had in the 1920s and 1930s. Kingsland’s popular annual Catfish Festival has been named a Top 20 event in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Society.
