About Laguna Niguel, California

Laguna Niguel, California is an upscale, master-planned bedroom community. It is built over hills, mesas and valleys that lead down to Dana Point and the Pacific. The children of Laguna Niguel attend Capistrano School District, one of the highest scoring districts in Orange County. The hills and valleys forced developers to spread out the housing, and the neighborhoods seem to stand as very distinct units. Laguna Niguel can best be described as “country residential.” The city includes about two dozen neighborhood parks, several large regional parks, hiking trails, an 8 theatre movie complex and a golf course.
