Concord, MA...A New England Community

Concord, Massachusetts is an attractive residential town located twenty miles west of Boston. Its roots are planted firmly in American 18th and 19th century literature and historical traditions, yet Concord is a 21st century town with modern services and amenities. The town has over 16,000 residents. Many are professionals while others are involved in the sciences and arts. Many Concordians live and work in Concord, while others commute by public transportation to Boston or Cambridge or travel to technology centers of Routes 128 and 495.

Joining with Concord in the Regional School District at the High School level is the neighboring town of Carlisle. Once a part of Concord, Carlisle is a rural independent town with a population of only 5,500. Within easy driving distance of New England mountains, the Cape Cod shores and the lively cities of Boston and Cambridge, Concord is ideally located. The area offers a rich selection of museums, universities, hospitals, performing arts, sports teams and recreational activities.
