Welcome to Kent Island, MDAt four miles wide, Kent Island is the largest island in the Chesapeake Bay and the oldest English settlement in the state. It is bisected by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and is book-ended by two tributaries, the Chester River and the Eastern Bay.
Kent Island is located in Queen Anne’s County, one of the nine counties that make up Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and is home to two notable communities, Chester and Stevensville.
