Welcome to Lutherville-Timonium, MD

A combination of the unincorporated communities of Lutherville and Timonium, Lutherville-Timonium is located in Baltimore County and is connected to the city of Baltimore by the Maryland Transit Administration light rail system. Many consider Timonium Road to be the dividing line between Lutherville and Timonium, with Lutherville real estate sitting to the south of this 4-mile east-west road and Timonium real estate to the north.

Lutherville-Timonium is served by six elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school, though a portion of Lutherville-Timonium youths attend nearby Towson High School. The community is also home to three state parks, including Hart-Miller Island State Park. Add to this a packed calendar of community events including the Maryland State Fair held annually in Timonium and such popular attractions as the Lutherville Historic District, and its no wonder that everyone from young couples and families to seniors and retirees is tempted to relocate to Lutherville-Timonium real estate.
