Welcome to North Bethesda, MD

The community of North Bethesda borders the city of Rockville in Montgomery County. Many desirable neighborhoods make up North Bethesda real estate, which is home to 38,000 people. These include Luxmanor, Wildwood, Timberlawn, and Garrett Park Estates. Because of the community’s accessibility via the Capital Beltway, I-270, and the Twinbrook, White Flint, and Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro stations, many commuters to Washington D.C. and Rockville choose North Bethesda real estate. Yet a number of North Bethesda real estate owners work within North Bethesda itself, as the area is home to both the Lockheed-Martin and Marriott International headquarters.

North Bethesda real estate is also popular among families with school-age children. The county is known for its excellent public school system, which has the best graduation rate in the country among school districts of it size. There are also a number of family-friendly attractions that add to the appeal of North Bethesda real estate, from the White Flint shopping mall to the 11-acre Strathmore Arts Center. It’s no wonder, then, that so many people choose to relocate to North Bethesda.
